I am not usually a DIY person for anything, but it was so easy to put the post/back on them that I wanted. Nice variety of leather colors and earring shape, you cannot beat the price if you look in a boutique for western earrings. BONUS -- you can smell the amazing leather aroma all day while you wear them. Get ready to get complimented each time you wear a different paid :-)
