Rockin' A Barcoo 14-Day Trial Program
We know $239 is an investment, especially when you've never tried a Barcoo on your horse before. Our 14-Day Trial Program gives you the chance to actually use one with your horse and decide if a Barcoo is right for you.
HOW THE TRIAL WORKS:
1ST - PLEASE KEEP YOUR BOX UNTIL A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE!
Your trial Barcoo can be selected from our available headstalls. The purpose of the trial is to let you experience the fit, feel, and function of a Rockin' A Barcoo before deciding what you'd like to do.
Your 14-day trial begins on the date your Barcoo is delivered, not the date it is shipped.
During those 14 days, use it with your horse and decide which of these three options works best for you:
LOVE THE ONE YOU RECEIVED?
Keep it! There's nothing else you need to do. Your $239 becomes the purchase price of the Barcoo you received, and it's yours.
LOVE IT, BUT WANT YOUR OWN DESIGN?
If you love how the Barcoo works for you and your horse but want one made in your own colors and design, your full $239 will be applied toward your custom Barcoo. There is no $15 trial fee.
Contact us within your 14-day trial period to start your custom order.
We'll provide a return shipping label for the trial Barcoo, and you'll be responsible for the cost of that return shipping. You'll also be responsible for shipping on your new custom Barcoo once it is completed.
The trial Barcoo must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and scanned as dropped off no later than the 14th day of your trial period.
DECIDE THE ROCKIN' A BARCOO ISN'T FOR YOU?
No problem. Contact us within your 14-day trial period and let us know you'd like to return it.
We'll provide your return shipping label, and you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Your Barcoo must be scanned as dropped off no later than the 14th day of your trial period. Once we receive and inspect it, $224 of your $239 purchase price will be refunded. The remaining $15 is your non-refundable trial fee. This only covers the fees I pay to accept your payment.
Original outbound shipping and return shipping are non-refundable.
BEFORE YOU TRY IT
Because our Barcoos are handcrafted leather tack, please take care of the headstall while it is in your possession.
The Barcoo must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. No alterations or modifications may be made during the trial, including cutting, stamping, tooling, dyeing, oiling, conditioning, or any other permanent changes.
Normal use during your trial is expected. However, the customer is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal trial use while the Barcoo is in their possession.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR BOX!
Keep the original shipping box and packing materials until you've made your decision. If you return your trial Barcoo or choose to have a custom one made, you can use the original packaging to send it back.
IMPORTANT 14-DAY DEADLINE
To qualify for a return or to apply your full $239 toward a custom Barcoo, you must contact us and have your trial Barcoo scanned as dropped off no later than the 14th day after delivery.
If the Barcoo is not returned within the 14-day trial period, the trial ends and the $239 purchase becomes final.
Our goal with the Barcoo 14-Day Trial Program is simple: give you enough time to actually ride in a Barcoo and see how it works for you and your horse before making your final decision.
