Lifetime Warranty

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Rockin' A Leather is committed to providing you a quality & safe product. If you ever have a manufacturing defect you can ship your item in to be fixed & returned free of charge.

Email photos to rockinacustomleather@gmail.com to discuss.

Items must be cleaned before being sent in to be repaired.

All my products are handmade. Each piece of leather is cut, glued, sewn and finished to your specifications. I use quality leathers, hardware, and crystals that will last you a lifetime when properly taken care of. Visit the care page HERE to see how to properly care for your new items.

Warranty Example: If a spot, rimset crystal, or crystal on your concho falls off. I will replace it free of charge. This sometimes happens with normal use, due to the leather breaking in and getting used. You ship the item to me, I will fix and return to you.

Sit Back Halter WarrantyCovers the sit back / bonnet strap on these halters. When used properly (like the sizing photo above) there is NO stress on any of the other halter pieces.

-If your horse catches its halter on a latch etc, there will be a small fee to cover replacing those pieces & return shipping would be charged. (Yes I will be able to see if this happens!!!)

-Otherwise I cover replacing bonnet strap if halter has been properly used & the return shipping. Proper cleaning & oiling is required to maintain a healthy life. If bonnet is not taken care of there would be a $25 fee to cover a new piece of leather.

Please email me at rockinacustomleather@gmail.com before sending your items. (concho's must be cleaned before sending in to be re-bilnged)

Warranty Example: If your leather breaks in an odd location (has been properly cleaned / oiled regularly - yes I can tell the difference) this is covered under warranty.

Warranty Example: If you tie your horse to anything by the reins, and he pulls back and breaks the headstall, this is not covered.

Warranty also excludes your horse flipping over backward, etc.

Conchos

Did you know conchos can loosen just from riding in your trailer down the road? Conchos naturally loosen over time, so it is your responsibility to tighten conchos on a regular basis. I highly suggest tightening conchos after a week of use, because your leather will break in and they will need to be snugged up. Then i check mine every few months throughout the season.

If you do happen to loose a concho we offer replacements, however they are not free.

-Find replacement plain conchos HERE.

-Find replacement bling conchos HERE.
